Town of Blacksburg Real Estate Tax invoices for the second installment of 2023 have been mailed and are due by Tuesday, December 5. If you have not yet received a tax statement, call the Department of Financial Services at 540-961-1105.

Payment may be mailed, made in person or placed in the drop box at 300 South Main Street, Blacksburg, paid by phone with a credit card or paid online at www.blacksburg.gov/payments. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. 

 A 10% penalty will be charged if not paid by December 5, 2023. Interest will be charged at a rate of 10% per year beginning January 1, 2024.
