Masters Swimming - Session III

A group-structured swim workout by a qualified swimming coach.  Workouts will accommodate the fitness swimmer, tri-athlete, and competitive swimmer.  Interval training, stroke technique, and drills will be included in practice.  Swimmers should come to practices which are appropriate for their level.  Fees include all practices for the month.
