Blacksburg Police are seeking public help in solving a hit and run case.

On April 22, 2009, at 12:59 am, Blacksburg Police were called to the 1200 block of Progress Street to investigate a multiple vehicle hit and run accident. Investigation revealed that the suspect vehicle was being operated south on Progress Street and then traveled into the northbound lanes and into the northbound on-street parking to strike five different parked vehicles. Investigating officers estimated the damages at approximately $12,000.
