Scheduled Cleanup and Curbside Collection Service

Schedule a Special Pickup

Residents wishing to dispose of brush, debris or bulky rubbish outside the scheduled pick up time must schedule a special pickup. Special pickups are provided to trash customers outside of the fall and spring cleanups. There is a $75 prepaid charge per dump truck load. Pickups are every Friday excluding holidays. The $75 has to be prepaid by the Wednesday of the week you would like the pickup. Payments can be made over the phone at 540-443-1060 using a Visa or MasterCard or in person at the cashier's window on the second floor of the Municipal Building at 300 S. Main Street.

NRV Regional Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day

Residents served by the New River Resource Authority are invited to participate in the Regions HHW Event on Saturday, August 13, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Rear Parking Lot of Pulaski County High School.

NO COMMERCIAL WASTE or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES will be accepted for HHW. COMMERCIAL WASTE & COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR DOCUMENT SHREDDING & ELECTRONIC WASTE.

NRRA will be accepting plastic bags for "Bags for Benches." This program is sponsored by The New River Resource Authority.
