The Town of Blacksburg will be holding a Public Input Meeting on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Blacksburg Motor Company building at 400 South Main Street to discuss a proposed amendment to the text of the Town's Zoning Ordinance. Zoning Ordinance Amendment #44 proposes changes to the Downtown Commercial (DC) zoning district to allow requests for additional height and limited instructional classrooms for a College or University with development criteria. Both items are proposed as only allowed through the granting of a Conditional Use Permit which is a public input process.
