The Town of Blacksburg will hold a joint Neighborhood Meeting on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 4:30 pm to discuss the following requests. Both requests are from the same applicant, (Steve and Audrey Hill)
CUP19-0002-Request to amend a previously approved conditional use permit (CUP13-0001; Resolution 4-A-13) at The Brownstone at 301 South Main Street to increase the maximum allowed ground-floor medical and general office square footage in DC Downtown Commercial zoning district.
CUP19-0003-Request for a conditional use permit for a Medical Office on the Ground Floor in DC Downtown Commercial zoning district at 401 South Main Street, Suite 105.
The Joint Neighborhood Meeting will be held in the Blacksburg Motor Company Building at 400 South Main Street.
