In compliance with the Public Health Emergency Order issued by Governor Ralph Northam addressing a 10 person gathering ban, members of the public will not be permitted to attend the meeting.  Citizens are encouraged to watch the meeting live on WTOB Channel 2-Comcast, or stream it live at www.blacksburg.gov/tcmeetings

All items requiring public input have been removed from the meeting agenda for consideration at a later date.
