NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Blacksburg Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 3:00 pm in the large conference room of the Blacksburg Motor Company building at 400 South Main Street, Blacksburg, VA to hear the following case:
BZA Case #19-002-Appeal of a Zoning Violation in the R-4 Low Density Residential zoning district at 1615 Bold Springs Circle (Tax Map No. 196-24 2).
Franscisco J. Ventura Reyes (property owner) is appealing Zoning Violation #19-044 issued on October 14, 2019 for exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy at 1615 Bold Springs Circle in the R-4 Low Density Residential zoning district.
Person affected by this case may appear and present their views at the public hearing. After the hearing for the case, the Board will consider making a decision on the appeal. Copies of the appeal and associated materials may be examined at the Planning & Building Department, Blacksburg Motor Company building, 400 South Main Street, Blacksburg, VA on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm.
