The Town of Blacksburg will hold a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 5:30 pm to discuss CUP 20-0004-A Conditional Use Permit Request for General Office (Real Estate) in the R-5 Transitional Residential Zoning District on 0.419 acres at 1117 South Main Street (Tax Map No. 287-15 10A) by Steve Semones of Balzer and Associates, Inc. (applicant) on behalf of Lincoln I, LLC (property owner).
The meeting will be held in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Council Chambers on the second floor of the municipal building at 300 South Main Street with appropriate Public Health Emergency provisions addressing social distancing in place. For individuals preferring to remain at home, the meeting will also be broadcast live on Comcast cable, WTOB Channel 2 or livestreamed on www.blacksburg.gov. Comments may also be submitted via letter or email. All correspondence received will be provided to the applicant and included in the staff report to Planning Commission and Town Council.
