The Town of Blacksburg will hold a neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 6:00 pm to discuss CUP 20-0005-a Conditional Use Permit Request for Townhomes in the R-5 Transitional Residential Zoning District on 6.596 acres at 1820 North Main Street (Tax Parcel Nos. 167-A-8; 167-A-8A and 167-A-9) by Steve Semones of Balzer and Associates, Inc.(applicant) for JJB Properties, LLC (property owner).

The meeting will be held in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Council Chambers on the second floor of the municipal building at 300 South Main Street with appropriate Public Health Emergency provisions addressing social distancing in place.  For individuals preferring to remain at home, the meeting will also be broadcast live on Comcast cable, WTOB Channel 2 or livestreamed on www.blacksburg.gov.  Comments may also be submitted via letter or email.  All correspondence received will be provided to the applicant and included in the staff report to Planning Commission and Town Council.
