Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) Meeting

1610 Bold Springs Circle

The Blacksburg Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 3:00 pm in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Chambers of the Blacksburg Municipal Building, 300 South Main Street, Blacksburg, Virginia, to hear the following case:

BZA Case #20-0001-Appeal of a Zoning Violation in the R-4 Low Density Residential Zoning District at 1610 Bold Springs Circle (Tax Map No. 196-24 14).  Shailesh Prajapati and Vaishali Patel (property owners) are appealing Zoning Violation #20-011 issued on October 2, 2020 for exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy at 1610 Bold Springs Circle in the R-4 Low Density Residential Zoning District.

Persons affected by this case may appear and present their views at the public hearing.  Because of COVID-19 health concerns, seating in the Council Chamber will be limited and a mask must be worn. 

Persons may also submit public comments to planning staff by e-mail. 

After the hearing for the case, the Board will consider making a decision on the appeal.
