RZN 21-0001/ORD 1964-Request to rezone approximately 2.05 acres (Tax Parcel 197-B 1 C) at the end of Clover Valley Circle from the GC General Commercial Zoning District to the PRD Planned Residential Zoning District by Jason Boyle of Clover Valley Phase 2 (property owner).

This is an informal meeting that will give the applicant the opportunity to present the plans and provide attendees with the opportunity to ask questions.  A staff member from the Planning department will forward the notes from the meeting to the Planning Commission and Town Council.
