Neighborhood Meeting: RZN 21-0004/ORD 1971

RZN 21-0004/ORD 1971-Request to amend previously-approved rezoning Ordinance #1867/RZN 18-0005 Terrace View Phase 1 on 13.42 acres at 1200 Toms Creek Road and 1200 Snyder Lane (225-A-30 & 196-A-8) by Steve Semones of Balzer and Associates (applicant) for Phillip Lane of Blacksburg Hunt, LLC (property owner).

The Blacksburg Planning and Building Department has received a request to amend previously-approved rezoning RZN 18-0005-Terrace View Phase 1 which was approved in September 2018.  The property, now known as Hub Blacksburg, is seeking to make amendments to the development signage designs, collaborative workspace/commercial area and a building overhang setback.  The zoning, density, utilities, building design or parking on the project is not proposed to be changed from the original 2018 approved rezoning.

This is an informal meeting that will give the applicant the opportunity to present the plans and provide attendees with the opportunity to ask questions.  A staff member from the Planning department will forward the notes from the meeting to the Planning Commission and Town Council.
