RZN 22-0004 - Glade Spring Crossing
An application to rezone approximately 45 acres from RR-1 (Rural Residential-1) to PR (Planned Residential) in the 1000-block of Glade Road is anticipated to be filed on December 1, 2022. The property owner-applicant, Cary Hopper of Glade Heights, LLC proposes to develop a mixed-income residential neighborhood on 3 existing parcels (Tax Map #225-A3, 225-A4, and 224-A57). The application will be posted to the Town website on December 2, 2022. The neighborhood meeting for this request is being scheduled in early December to avoid holiday conflicts.
A neighborhood meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 6:00 pm in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Chambers, 2nd Floor Municipal Building, 300 South Main Street.
