The Town is updating its Accessory Apartment Program adopted in 2017. The changes are to clarify wording and program requirements based on implementation since 2017 and to add detached accessory apartments as an allowed use. Detached units are not currently allowed.

If you would like to learn more about the changes to the Zoning Ordinance that are underway affecting the Accessory Apartment Program, please join us at a public input meeting.

There will be a brief overview of the changes from Town staff and then time for questions and answers.
