The Town of Blacksburg will host a neighborhood meeting on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 6:00 pm in the large conference room of the Blacksburg Motor Company building to discuss CUP 23-0003.

CUP23-0003 is a conditional use permit request for hotel use and increased building height at Midtown DC-2 at 501 South Main Street.

This will be an opportunity for the applicant to present a presentation on the proposed request and for any and all interested parties to learn, discuss and give any comments or ask any questions.
