EXPANDING HOUSING OPTIONS IN BLACKSBURG

The Town of Blacksburg is considering a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance 2053) that will facilitate the development of new housing in parts of the R-4 zoning district.

A Community Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 6:30 pm in the Blacksburg Community Center Community Room at 725 Patrick Henry Drive.

This will give everyone the opportunity to review the proposed Small Lot amendment and related information in more detail and share your feedback.
