Join Blacksburg Parks & Recreation this Sunday, November 5 from 9am – 5pm to experience unique spaces beneath the ground: caves, in the Beginner Caving program. Participants will see cave formations like stalactites, stalagmites, and soda straws, and will have a chance to experience total darkness. No experience is necessary. All caving activities follow caving protocols in response to White-Nose Syndrome in Virginia. The cost is $30 for residents and $40 for non-residents.
