Citizens who are disabled or age 65 or older may be eligible for reduced real estate tax, water/sewer fixed charges and refuse fees under the town's tax relief program. To be eligible, elderly or disabled citizens must have a net financial worth less than $150,000, (excluding your home and up to one acre of land), and have gross income less than $51,000.
