Customers must have a valid email address and a confirmation of that address will be sent to the customer when e-notification has been activated.
Customers will receive one month of paper statements after signing up for e-notification. After the month has passed, only an email notification will be sent containing a summary of charges, unless customers request to receive both.
To access the detailed bill, an online account must be registered and enabled. The initial PIN for the account is located on the paper copy of the utility billing statement.
Payments for the account may also be made online or by mail, in person, or bank draft. Please be sure that the utility account is noted on the payment for timely and accurate processing. Payments must be made on or before the due date of the statement, or a 10 % penalty will be applied.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid email addresses. Failure to receive an e-notification will not relieve a customer of the responsibility to pay the amount due. A written request is necessary to change an email address or to terminate the e-notification on an account.
