Children five (5) and younger must be supervised by a paying, swimming adult in the pool and locker rooms, and must be within arm’s reach at all times
A supervising adult must be in the facility for children ages 6-13.
Children over the age of three may not use the opposite gender locker room. The Private Changing Room is available for parents with children over the age of three.
Food and Drinks:
Please keep all food and drinks in the lobby.
Drinking water is allowed in the pool area in non-glass containers.
Conduct:
Patrons must conduct themselves in an orderly and appropriate manner
The Blacksburg Aquatic Center is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Please report any inappropriate behavior or other concerns to a Supervisor or the Front Desk Staff.
Attire:
Swimsuits required
Thong Bikinis Prohibited
Bras must stay in place
Shorts must stay around your waist
Any attire worn must be clean and in good condition
Swimwear that becomes see-through when wet is not allowed and is considered indecent
Swim diapers are required for children who are not potty-trained, and a swimsuit must be worn over the swim diapers
Guest with improper or indecent swimwear will be asked to change or leave the facility
