Description: 7Brew, a national drive-thru coffee chain requests a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-in/drive-thru restaurant at 1421 South Main Street and an adjacent unaddressed parcel. There will be no exterior speaker boards, no internal seating, and no customer parking. Customers will place orders from their vehicles with restaurant personnel in the drive-thru lane, and receive their orders from a window or personnel at the end of the drive-thru lane. The proposed property is located adjacent to Blacksburg Square shopping center and also has frontage on Ardmore Street.
Future Land Use: The Future Land Use (FLU) of the parcel is Commercial. A drive-thru use is allowed as a CUP, subject to the standards in the GC zoning district.

This informal meeting will give the applicant the opportunity to present the plans and provide attendees with the opportunity to ask questions. A staff member from the Planning department will forward the notes from the meeting to the Planning Commission and Town Council. |
