The Blacksburg Planning and Building Department has received an amendment to the previous rezoning Ordinance #746 to modify a 4.573 acre portion of the 9.2 acre Planned Commercial PC zoning district and a related Conditional Use Permit request for a Mini-Warehouse Use in the PC zoning district at 1055 Plantation Road.
A neighborhood meeting is being held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 5:30 pm in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Chambers, 2nd Floor of the Blacksburg Municipal building at 300 South Main Street.
